Returned checks and declined credit cards are subject to a $20 service charge. No C.O.D. orders. All prices at CricutExpress.com are shown in U.S. funds. All shipping charges are in U.S. funds.

"I'll Call with Credit Card Info" Option

Paying on-line is very safe but we understand if you would prefer to simply give us a call to provide your credit card information. If this is the case during checkout select the "I'll call with credit card info" option. This ensures that your order is transmitted to us, and the time you spend on the phone minimized. Then simply call us toll free 800-419-4949 and provide your credit card information to a customer service representative. Your order will be held for 2 days then cancelled if a payment is not confirmed.

"I'll Send a Check" Option

You may also mail your check or money order to us at our mailing address. Put the order number, that we provide you on or E-mail confirmation on your check or money order. Send to Cricut Express, P.O. Box 1117, Spanish Fork, Utah, 84660. Please be advised your order will not ship until your check has cleared the bank. Check must be received within 10 working days or the order placed will be cancelled. Returned checks are subject to a $20 service charge.

Utah Sales Tax

Currently, most companies doing business on the internet use the same taxation rules as those used for mail order. These rules are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce. This means that states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations, and as a result, companies will not collect sales in states where they have no business operations. Since CricutExpress.com operates only out of Utah, we only charge Sales Tax in Utah. There is no tax on gift certificates.

Credit Card Refunds

All credits will be registered on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

When Your Card Is Charged

When you finalize your order your credit card is authorized for the amount of your order. As your order exits our shipping system your credit card will be charged for the amount of purchase using the authorization previously obtained when you place your order. Your order will then be shipped that day or the following work day. Your bill will be from Scrapbooks Wholesale.
